If I buy an ebook, how do I read it on my phone or Kindle?

You can read our books on any device, on the go. Ebooks are sent via Bookfunnel, which has instructions for how you can load it to your preferred reading method. The instructions will be sent from help@bookfunnel.com.
If the email hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folders.

If I buy an audiobook, how do I listen to it? Can I listen on Audible?

Audiobook listening is done on the Bookfunnel app. The instructions will be sent from help@bookfunnel.com. If the email hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folders.

I do also sell my books on Audible.com and other audio platforms, but audiobooks bought on this store are delivered with Bookfunnel exclusively.

How long is paperback shipping going to take?

Shipping may take up to two weeks from the time of purchase, depending on your country. Check your tracking information and let me know if you need help by replying to your order email.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our delivery process, returns are not possible except for preorder items. All books are shipped to order and not stored in a warehouse. Digital and physical orders are final. The only exception are preorders. You can cancel your preorders for books that haven't yet come out if you give notice at least two weeks from the release date. Should you need a refund, reply back to your order email to request a refund.
